Enchanted Elements Return & Cancellation Policy

💫 Physical Items & Subscription Boxes

Each Enchanted Elements item and box is curated with care, intention, and a little magick. Because many items are handmade or limited edition, please review the following:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened physical items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please email support@enchantedelements.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll replace or refund the affected item right away — no hassle, no need to return damaged goods.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our work, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Digital downloads (spells, guides, printable materials, etc.)

  • Custom spell kits, ritual blends, or one-of-a-kind items

  • Subscription boxes after they’ve been shipped


🔮 Subscription Box Cancellations

We understand that energy (and budgets) shift!

  • You may cancel your upcoming subscription anytime before your next billing date.

  • Once a renewal has processed, that month’s box is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • You can easily manage or pause your subscription through your customer account or by emailing us at support@enchantedelements.com.


🌕 Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the immediate access nature of these products, all digital sales are final.

However, if you have any issues accessing your files or something isn’t working correctly, please reach out — we’ll ensure you receive what you ordered.
